Catherine (Cat) Bird Cert CII
Over the last 25 years, Cat has built her career in the insurance industry and has achieved Cert CII qualification proving her technical capability. A real team player, Cat enjoys coaching, developing people and sharing her technical knowledge with others.

Amanda Drake Cert CII
Has had a career in Insurance for 26 years with Personal Lines and Commercial experience in various roles. Cert CII qualified for a number of years, with a lot of technical knowledge using different systems. Loves problem solving and working as part of a team, passing on her knowledge through coaching to others.

Richard Hayes
Richard has worked in the insurance industry for several years and started his career at one of the largest High Street brokers in the country. Since moving over to the fast-paced commercial insurance industry, Richard enjoys the challenge this provides on a day-to-day basis and is already building a great rapport with our clients, both new and existing.

Jordan Penn
As the newest member of the team Jordan has proven to be a great addition to the NAPIT family. He has already received fantastic feedback from clients about the service and advice he provides. He enjoys listening to clients to understand their business so that we can help support them and their needs.

Tracy Byrne
As a client administrator, Tracy looks after the smooth running of the scheme from supporting clients with accounts queries to issuing renewals. With 5 years’ experience in the insurance Industry Tracy has demonstrated her keen eye for detail and prides herself on providing excellent client service at all times.
